Well that didn’t last long! A start to a new year, thought I would go ahead with a Cabbage Soup Diet to loose some weight! However, afteronly five days I have only lost about 1lb, so I can not say that was worth eating soup and bananas and wackloads of veggies and fruit. I can tell you that I have felt really good this week though!!! Maybe eating a little healthier is a good start to good living and feeling good!
I hope over the next few months, I will be able to be dedicated enough to get my butt into the gym and drop a few pounds, or at least turn some of the fat into muscle! Wish me luck!!!
